This Simple System Could Double Your Lawn Care Profits


A lot of guys in lawn care are full, but they’re still not earning what they want.

And the thing is… they’re not sure why.

They’re turning down new jobs because their schedule’s packed.
They’ve got lawns they’ve been mowing for ten years… but the prices are just as old.
No wonder the numbers aren’t adding up.

What they should be doing is simple:

Start treating every new quote as an opportunity to upgrade your business.
Don’t just say “no” because you’re full.
Say “yes” and use that new job to replace one of the old underpriced lawns.

But first, you need a system.

Something that tells you exactly what each lawn is worth.

Something like a traffic light system:

  • 🟢 Green: Great lawns. Good pay. Keep them.
  • 🟠 Orange: Meh.
  • 🔴 Red: Underpriced. Time for a change.

Start with the reds.

Raise the price on one red lawn a week.
If they say yes, great, you’re earning more.
If they say no? Replace them with a better-paying lawn.

If you’ve got 50 to 100 lawns, you won’t even feel it.
But your bottom line will.

Do that long enough, and you end up with a business that grows in value every year.
Or you can keep mowing the same old lawns forever.
